The Bob Etherington Sales Academy has been established to give a practical approach to professional selling,BEA focuses on practical sales science in order to get results. Our courses cover sales and enterprise and are developed with a global mindset underpinned by UK neuroscience that highlights the psychological processes involved in professional selling.  

Sales Theory is covered in all of our subject although it not our core focus, BEA students have to pass practical sales assignments in real life situation for them to proceed to the next level. our approach in deceiving practical vocational education is core emphasis towards our success. Students can earn whilst they learn the practical applied to theory that professional sales people need to shape their cognitive process. 

We are seeking to raise the standards and profile of professional selling as a career pathway for dynamic individuals who want to unleash their true potential. BEA is primarily on-line, we support our learner by monitoring and tracking their progress much as a sales organisation would do, this approach help us to deliver in real time and capture valuable information about our students that would not be possible inside a classroom environment.  

BEA has a stringent code of practice for ethical and moral conduct whilst selling, all student are made aware and kept up to date with current legislation that is reshaping the face of sales in the UK.

Our aim is to unlock the talent pools that exist in the UK  and nurture them into high performing sales people by engaging with their employers to create sales environment that allow professional sales people to excel into setting standards that surpass their expectations.
